Shipping policy

For now, We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Shipping time is 48 - 72 working hours for 'Available in Stock' items and 12 -15 business days for ‘Make to order’ items. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt. For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via following carrier(s).

PACKAGING: Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a jewellery or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Parami Packaging along with the relevant certificates.

Are The Goods Insured?

Absolutely, yes. Parami insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Parami and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.

Why am I being charged Taxes & Duty?

We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.

Are products returnable?

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 15 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at namaste@parami.world and we will sort it out for you.
